Golfing Kauai's Beautiful Courses
Kauai offers a number of world-class golf courses. Princeville at Hanalei, only 15 minutes from us, offers 45 award-winning holes of golf designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. The 18-hole Prince Course has been ranked by Golf Digest as Hawaii's number one golf course and is the only course in Hawaii to be on Golf Digest's 2005-2006 list of America's "Top 100 Greatest Courses." Jones himself has described the Prince as "One of the top five courses I've ever designed." The Prince is golf as it was meant to be: integrated with nature and challenging in the extreme.

The Makai Course is Hawaii's premier 27-hole layout, made up of three nine-hole courses that extend in spokes from the Makai clubhouse and encompass 200 acres. The Lakes Course winds its way around serene lakes, the Ocean Course runs to the spectacular coastline and back, and the Woods Course meanders through native woodlands. The courses boast an integrated design, so any combination of the three nines provides a challenging and memorable 18-hole round of golf.

Guests of Hanalei Colony Resort receive Preferred Rates for prime tee times at the Makai and Prince courses. Contact our Concierge at (808) 826-1220for more information.
